1.15g of gelatin tablets are cut into small pieces with scissors, and cold water is added to soak it until soft. Be careful to use cold water, not hot water, or it will melt in the water.
2. Pour a box of milk into the pot, turn on a small fire, and be careful not to boil it.
3. Add 3 slices of cheese to it, and then add a little sugar to add flavor. White sugar is added according to personal taste, and if you like it sweet, add more. Slowly heat it to about 60 degrees with a small fire, that is, the bottom begins to bubble. Then turn off the fire and put it aside to cool for a while.
4. Take out the gelatine tablets when they are soft. Drain the water.
5. After the milk cheese is not hot, add the gelatin tablets and stir until it is completely melted. The temperature should not be too high, otherwise the gelatin tablets will lose their function and have no coagulation effect.
6. Prepare some molds. I use the mold for making popsicles. If there is no mold, put it directly into the bowl, cut it into pieces and eat it. The appearance of a mold will be closer to the cheese sticks sold outside.
7. We can also make flavored cheese sticks and add fruit puree, such as mango, at the end of this step. After the fruit is mashed, pour it in, stir it evenly and put it in the mold. If the fruit puree doesn't mix easily with the liquid, sieve it again.
8. Just put it all in the refrigerator for 3 hours! It's refrigerated, not frozen. Attention, it's the fresh-keeping compartment.
Tips:
1. Just make flavored cheese sticks according to your own preferences, and the color is the same. You can put some fruit and vegetable powder, each of which has a different taste, but the best one is the original flavor.
This homemade cheese stick can only be kept for three days, and it is best to eat it within three days, because there is no other substance added to prolong the storage time, so it cannot be kept for a long time.
