Fried shrimp as follows:
Materials/tools: shrimp, soy sauce, black pepper, egg, flour, breadcrumbs, oil, pan, bowl, paper towels.
1. Wash and devein shrimp, drain on paper towels.
2. In a bowl, add enough soy sauce and black pepper, and marinate the shrimp in the bowl for a few minutes.
3: In a bowl, add flour, in a bowl, beat egg and mix well, and in the last bowl, add breadcrumbs.
4: Dredge the marinated shrimp in the flour, then dip them in the egg mixture, and then gently roll them in the breadcrumbs to make sure they are completely coated.
5: Heat a deep fryer to a moderate temperature and add enough oil. Add the shrimp to the fryer and fry the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes, or until they turn golden brown, serve and eat.
