Then take 50g of dough, break it into small pieces by hand, put it in a pot with boiling water until it floats, take it out, pour it into the basin of raw glutinous rice balls, knead it evenly by hand, put it on the panel and knead it into long strips, cut the dough with a knife, take a dough, press it into a cake crust with a thick middle and a thin edge by hand, add stuffing for compaction, and turn the blank body to close by hand.
6. Boil the water in the pot and pour it into Yuanxiao. Stir gently with a spoon until all the dumplings float.
