Ingredients: one herring, 250g pork, one egg, onion, ginger, coriander, cooking wine, starch, soy sauce, peanut oil, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil, vinegar, etc.
Exercise:
1. Split the herring from the fish head, cut it into spatula slices, and marinate it with a little cooking wine, soy sauce and refined salt.
2. Cut the pork into pieces, wash and cut the parsley, and mix the eggs and glutinous rice into an egg paste.
3. Sprinkle a layer of glutinous rice on the salted fish and put it in the paste.
4. Pour peanut oil into the hot pot, heat it to 70% to 80% heat, fry the fish in the pot until yellow, and remove it for later use.
5. Heat the oil in the pot, stir-fry the pork slices slightly, then add the onion and ginger slices, and then add the right amount of wine, soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate and water after the fragrance.
6. After the water is boiled, add the fried fish pieces.
7. Bring the fire to a boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes, add sesame oil and vinegar, and sprinkle with coriander.
