Steps
1. Wash the lean meat and drain it well.
2. Then chop the meat.
3. Add seasonings: corn starch, sugar, salt and soy sauce.
4. Seasoned lean meat marinated more than 3 small to be more flavorful.
5. Put water in the pot, put a small rack, ready to start steaming rice.
6. Wash the rice and put it in the pot to steam.
7. Steam the rice for 15 minutes, then add the lean meat and steam for another 15 minutes.
8. Thirty minutes later, out of the pot.
