1. Ingredients: 30 grams of butter, 150 grams of low-gluten flour, 1 egg, 20 grams of fine sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 20 grams of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, black sesame seeds 20 grams.
2. Sift together low-gluten flour, baking powder, and salt into a deep plate, then add fine sugar and softened butter, and knead it into coarse corn meal with your hands.
3. Then add the whole egg liquid. Add milk and knead the dough with your hands until the surface is smooth. Do not knead for too long.
4. Pour in the fried black sesame seeds, continue to knead for about 1 minute, and knead evenly.
5. Cover with a plastic bag and let it sit for 30 minutes.
6. Roll the dough into a 2mm sheet, then cut it into small squares and place it on a baking sheet lined with absorbent paper or silicone mat.
7. Heat the oven up and down at 180 degrees, with hot air circulating. After preheating, put it in the middle layer and bake for about 20 minutes. 8. Once the surface is golden, take it out of the oven. After cooling, seal it and store it.
