Log on to the website of Beijing passenger car index control management information system

Step 2: Select Update Vehicle Menu.

Click Update Vehicle, and you can choose to fill in or query the menu to enter the corresponding page.

Step 3: Query the updated index information of individuals/units/operating vehicles.

Enter the individual/company vehicle update query page, enter the query conditions, and click the query button. If the individual/company passenger car update index application has been filled in, you can view the filled-in update application information. Among them, the updating index of operating vehicles is only a query operation.

Step 4: Individuals/units declare and fill in.

Select Update Vehicle Fill-in. The first step is to jump to the number plate number filling page. After selecting Next, the system will check the validity of the number plate. If the number plate is valid, it will jump to the application filling page, and if it is invalid, it will prompt the user.

Step 5: Complete the application.

After selecting OK, enter the confirmation page of updating passenger car indicators by individuals/enterprises, and select Modify Application Information to modify the application information of individuals/enterprises to update passenger cars.

According to the existing policy, if an individual needs to update the passenger car index, he should submit an application for updating the index within 12 months from the date of completing the transfer and cancellation registration of the passenger car. Failing to apply within the time limit shall be deemed as a waiver. Therefore, we completed the index update within 12 months from the date of vehicle transfer.
