Egg porridge
Materials
Egg a, white porridge 250 grams. A little chopped mustard greens, a little chopped green onion.
Practice
1. Cut the egg into grains and set aside.
2. Put half a bowl of water in a pot and bring it to a boil.
3. When the water boils, pour in the congee and continue to boil, add the chopped mustard greens and diced eggs, mixing while cooking to prevent sticking to the pan.
4. When the porridge is boiling, add the appropriate amount of cooking oil, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper and chopped green onion.
