Eggs 1 egg
Ground pork100g
Seasoning: salt 1/2 tsp.
Chicken essence 1/4 tsp
Small amount of white pepper (free)
Practice:
1. Peel the loofah, cut it into sections and then slice it. Marinate the ground pork with chicken essence 10 minute, and break the eggs into egg liquid.
2. Boil 4 bowls of water in the pot, add the loofah slices and cook until soft.
3. Take 2 tablespoons of boiling water from the pot with a spoon and pour it into the minced meat bowl, and mix it evenly with chopsticks.
4. Pour the prepared ground meat into the pot together with the soup, and cook with medium heat until the meat changes color (about 1 min).
5. Keep the medium heat, first add salt, chicken essence to taste, and then add egg liquid.
6. After the egg blossoms are formed, turn off the fire and sprinkle a small amount of white pepper.
Practice:
1. Don't add too much when making soup water, just 4 bowls. (There is a little more on my chart.)
2. Pour the boiled water into the minced meat, that is, first boil the meat half-cooked, and then pour it into the pot for cooking, so as not to overcook it.
3. Add seasoning before beating the egg flower, so as not to cook the egg flower too long.
