Ingredients?
2 corns
20 grams morels
1 carrot
An appropriate amount of leg bones
5 grams of dried cordyceps flowers
4 grams of salt
1 spoon of chicken essence
1 green onion
1 coriander
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 slices of ginger
Morch mushrooms and corn leg bones How to make the soup?
Soak morels in warm water for twenty minutes.
After the water used for soaking the morels settles, take the water above and set aside.
Carrot knife.
Cut carrot flowers and set aside.
Cut the fruit corn into small pieces. I didn’t buy fresh Cordyceps flowers, so I happened to have some dried Cordyceps flowers at home.
Put an appropriate amount of leg bones into a pot with cold water and blanch over medium-low heat.
Bring it to a boil or two and skim off the foam.
Heat enough water in a casserole.
Add the blanched and washed leg bones and cut in a few slices of ginger.
Simmer over high heat for thirty minutes.
Put the fruit corn and dried cordyceps flowers into medium heat and cook for fifteen minutes.
Add the carrots and morels, pour in the water for soaking the morels and continue cooking for fifteen minutes.
The soup is clear and delicious. Season with appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, coriander and sesame oil.
