Braised dishes are usually very appetizing.
Take braised potatoes as an example
Ingredients: 500 potatoes, 250 pancetta, oil, sugar, salt, dried chili peppers, soy sauce
Steps/Methods
1 Wash potatoes, peel and cut into chunks, then rinse with water and set aside. Cut the pork into cubes, fry in a pan to remove a little oil and set aside.
2. Leave the oil in the pan, put sugar in it, and when the sugar bubbles to a golden brown color, add the pork and potato cubes, soy sauce, and stir fry.
3 When it is about 80% cooked, add salt and water and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. When the soup dries up, sprinkle dried chili pepper to taste, mix well and plate.
