Ingredients
Eggs, 2 milk, 480g
Sugar powder 40g butter 30g
Low-gluten flour 160g one (about one catty)
About 40g of powdered sugar is added with about 500g of whipped cream.
Steps to make a thousand-layer cake (8 inches)
1. Add powdered sugar to the eggs and break them up with a manual whisk (no need to send them away).
2. Add milk and mix well.
3. Sieve the low-gluten flour into the milk-egg mixture and stir it evenly to become batter.
4. After melting the butter into liquid, pour it into the flour paste and stir it evenly.
5. Sieve the flour paste, then put it in the refrigerator and let it stand for half an hour.
6. After standing, brush a thin layer of oil on the pan, then pour in about 50ml of batter, and fry the dough with low fire. Each dough lasts about 10 second, without turning over.
7. I put the dough sheets on oiled paper, staggered and stacked, and there is no adhesion. A more sophisticated parent can separate each dough sheet with oiled paper to prevent adhesion.
8. After the dough is cooled, beat the whipped cream with sugar, then spread a thin layer of cream in the middle of the first three layers of dough, spread mango on the fourth layer, spread the thin cream again and again, add a layer of mango, and so on until the dough is used up. According to this recipe, you can fry 13 pieces of dough.
9. Finally, make some decorations on the top floor, and it's finished.
10. Give me a sectional view. After it is finished, it needs to be refrigerated for 2-3 hours to set, so the taste of ice ice is better and it is not easy to collapse when cut.
Tips
1. The pan needs a non-stick pan. Just brush a thin layer of oil when frying the first dough. I didn't brush the oil for the next dough, and the frying went smoothly. 2. Please increase or decrease the sugar content in whipped cream as appropriate. 3. The amount of this recipe is 8 inches, which can fry about 12 pieces of skin. If the pan is small, you can halve the amount, which is 6 inches.
