Bacterial stipe, white gills, ringed, unevenly edged cap, this would be a ring-stalked mushroom. Most of them are edible, but there are also poisonous mushrooms, such as the Brown Scale Ringstalk. The ringstalked mushrooms are poisonous or not, but they all look alike.

But we advise you not to try them, because there are more than 14,000 kinds of mushrooms, including thousands in China, and many of them are very similar to edible mushrooms, so if they contain toxic peptide toxins, there's basically no way to save them once they've been poisoned. This is especially true for the one pictured here, so don't try it without 100% confirmation.
