2. Peel the pumpkin and cut it into even thick slices.
3. Chop the onion, pat the garlic into pieces, and cut the dried pepper.
4. Add oil to the wok. You don't need too much oil to stir-fry vegetarian dishes. You can moisten the wok. Add chopped green onion, shredded ginger and some minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
5. Add pumpkin slices and fry until soft.
6. Add soy sauce, spiced powder and salt to taste.
7. After turning off the fire, add the remaining minced garlic and coriander, stir fry evenly again, and the especially delicious stir-fried pumpkin will be ready.
