Small river shrimp 100g (about 4cm long is best, too big and the meat will not be tender)
Wolfberry rice wine just enough to cover the shrimp body
sugar 3g
Steamed fish soy sauce 8 tablespoons
Fresh beetroot 1 spoons
Green pepper 1/3 pcs
Red pepper 1/3 pcs
Aged vinegar 1 spoons
Ginger 10g
Garlic 10g
How to make Drunken Shrimp
Buy fresh shrimps, first put them in clean water to filter out the sediment in the body, and slightly cut off the shrimp's gun, whiskers and feet.
Cut the ginger and garlic into fine pieces, as well as the green and red peppers. Pour them into a bowl, then mix all the seasonings (except the wine) into the soup. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the soup to absorb the flavor
Pour the wolfberry rice wine into a large bowl with a lid. Pick up the fresh shrimps from the water and rinse them quickly under the tap. Pour the wolfberry rice wine into the rice wine bowl and close the lid.
The shrimps begin to jump around in the bowl. When the beating ability gradually weakens, pour the prepared soup into the glass bowl and cover it until the inside of the bowl is completely quiet. Eat immediately after opening the lid
Tips
1. When eating drunken shrimp, you must eat it fresh and try to eliminate it within half an hour.
2. Be sure to use live shrimp.
