Step by step
1. Soak the lamb chops in water to remove the blood water
2. Prepare the seasoning
3. Marinate the lamb chops overnight with chopped green onion, sliced ginger, dark soy sauce, salt, basil spice, black pepper and cumin powder

5. Line a baking tray with tinfoil and put the lamb chops underneath it with the onion.
6. Cover the top with tinfoil and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes
7. After that, take it out and pour off the juices and put it back in the oven for 20 minutes
8. After that, take it out and sprinkle it with cumin and chili powder
9. Move the lamb chops to the grill and bake them for 5 minutes, turn them over in the middle of the baking sheet and test them again for another 5 minutes
