Steamed Vermicelli with Scallop
Ingredients: vermicelli, scallop, cooking wine, garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar.
How to do:
Prepare all the ingredients all together.
Soak the vermicelli in lukewarm water for about 5-10 minutes, remove from the water and drain into a bowl.
Add the sesame oil to the bowl and mix well.
Place the prepared vermicelli on a plate and top with fresh scallops.
Sprinkle the top with a good amount of chopped green onion and ginger.
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then place the plate into the pot to steam.
Prepare a clean bowl, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, cooking wine, sugar and water in the bowl and mix well.
After the steamed plate is removed, add the appropriate amount of green and red chili peppers and drizzle with the seasoning sauce.
Finally, drizzle with a moderate amount of hot oil and stir well before serving.
Scallops with roasted zucchini
Ingredients: zucchini, scallops, ginger, green onion, salt, oyster sauce.
Practice:

After cleaning the scallop, soak it in hot water for 5 minutes and drain it.
