Ingredients to be prepared: staple food: two crabs, two eggs (I use crab paste steamed here to taste better) complementary food: chopped green onion, soy sauce.
Clean the crabs and cut each part for later use.
Beat two eggs into a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt and warm water 1.5 times, and stir evenly to remove foam (it will be better to filter them if there is a filter, and the steamed eggs will be smoother later).
Pour the egg liquid into the crab dish just set.
Cover with plastic wrap and stick a few small holes with a toothpick.
Boil the water and steam on high heat 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
Open the plastic wrap, sprinkle with chopped green onion soy sauce, and finally pour hot oil to serve!
