Rowan, commonly known as: Magamu (northeastern native name), alias: stinking acacia tree, river rowan, yellow rowan.
Produced in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Shanxi, Gansu, Shandong. It is often found in mixed woods on mountain slopes or in valleys, 900-2500 meters above sea level.
Red fruits in the fall, ornamental value.
