Ingredients?
2 hairy crabs
500g minced pork (with fine filling)
2 eggs
1000g wonton skins
An appropriate amount of green onion and ginger
An appropriate amount of light soy sauce, rice wine, oyster sauce, salt and sugar
How to make crab meat wontons?
Steam the hairy crabs and remove the paste and meat. Add lard to a hot pan, add shredded ginger and scallions, stir-fry, remove, leaving only oil, add crab meat and stir-fry.
1. Add minced ginger and green onion to the minced meat, crack in the eggs, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and sugar and stir clockwise.
2. Pour in the fried crab meat and stir evenly.
Wrap into wontons.
