Vegetarian Meatballs Family Recipe
Ingredients: 120g potato, 120g carrot, 60g dried vermicelli, 60g onion, 15g cilantro, 1 egg, 75g flour, 5 tsp corn starch, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp thirteen spice, 1/4 tsp sesame oil.

Steps:

Step 1: Soak longkou vermicelli in warm water for 2 hours until soft.

Step 2: Shred carrots, peel and shred potatoes, chop onion, chop cilantro, and mince vermicelli. Put them into a bowl, add 1 tsp salt, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes before drying out with a saran wrap.
