The production method of old-fashioned sesame seed cake is as follows:
1. Add water to the dry yeast and stir until it is completely dissolved. Add flour and knead into dough. Let it ferment in a warm place for about an hour. The dough will get slightly bigger. Add sesame oil or vegetable oil and a small piece of cake.
2. Knead the dough until it is smooth, roll it into large pieces, mix in sesame sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper (you can change salt and pepper into sugar if you like sweetness), spread it evenly on the dough, and then spread a layer of pastry. Gently roll it into a tube from one end and cut it into small pieces.
3. Close the incision slightly on both sides of the cut part, turn the incision down and wrap it at the bottom, then gently roll it into a cupcake shape with a rolling pin, brush it with a layer of egg liquid and stick sesame seeds.
4. Bake in a pan, and then bake in the oven 170℃ 15-20 minutes.
