Seasoning:
Salt, monosodium glutamate, dried pepper, pepper, onion, ginger, sesame oil.
Exercise:
1, pick soybean sprouts and remove bad beans;
2. Boil the water, blanch the bean sprouts and then clean them with cold water;
3. Chop the dried chili, onion and ginger;
4. Stir-fry the pepper and add the minced onion and ginger;
5. Add dried chilies and stir fry;
6. Stir-fry soybean sprouts, add salt to taste, stir-fry monosodium glutamate, and drop sesame oil before cooking.
