Preparation materials: 200 grams of celery, 50 grams of black fungus, 1 carrot, garlic, small pepper (moderate)
Celery washed, sliced with a diagonal knife.
Dice the garlic.
Peel the carrots, cut them into sections with a diagonal knife, and then slice them.
Bring water to a boil in a pot and add the black fungus. Add a few drops of oil, add a small half spoon of salt and cook for 2 minutes. (A few drops of oil in the water will make the blanched celery brighter in color and look more appetizing)
Lower in the carrots and celery and cook for another 2 minutes.
Strain all the vegetables.
Run under cool water and drain so they are crispier.
Add the minced garlic and small peppers.
Add a tablespoon of hot oil and drizzle over the peppers and garlic to stimulate the flavor.
Add a small half spoon of salt, half spoon of sugar, a spoon of soy sauce, a spoon of sesame oil, mix well.
