Ingredients:
1kg pork bones (pork ribs, pig trotters and spine);
1000ml-1200ml of water;
2 spoons;
An appropriate amount of salt;
Vegetables of your choice (radish, carrot, kelp, celery, onion, garlic, etc.);
Spices of your choice (ginger, black pepper, lemongrass, bay leaves, parsley, etc.);
Put the bones into the slow cooker and add water to cover the bones
Add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
Turn on medium heat until it boils.
After boiling, turn on low heat so that the water surface is just not boiling.
Add vegetables and spices.
Simmer for more than 4 hours.
After cooking is complete, add salt to taste.
