Homemade jelly
Ingredients: water pea flour (or mung bean flour)
1 Take one or two pea flour and put it into a clean pot and one pound of cold water into the pot. The ratio of medium flour to water is 1:10
2 Turn on medium heat and use chopsticks to stir the gouache continuously so that the gouache is completely blended without stopping in between
3 Wait until the gouache starts to bubble up. When it becomes transparent, turn off the heat
4. Put the cooked transparent gouache into a square vessel (the square shape will be easier to cut when the time comes), let cool and put it in the refrigerator for two hours
5 Wait for the jelly to take shape, take it out and cut it into the shape you like, add seasonings and serve
Homemade fried dough sticks
Ingredients: 250g flour, 6g salt, 6g baking powder 1 egg, 150 grams of water
1. Add the ingredients in order and knead until smooth and covered, 40 minutes. Place on a plate brushed with oil to avoid sticking hands and knead into long strips
2. Put it on an oiled plate, wrap it with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Take it out and place it on an oiled plate. Cut two pieces on top of each other and press them in the middle with chopsticks
3 Put it in a pot with 70% hot oil and fry until browned on both sides and take it out
