Step 2
This step is very important. Remove the astringency of the radish: boil the radish with water, add some salt, cook a few drops of cooking oil until the water boils, and turn off the fire after 1-2 minutes (according to the size of the radish). Stew for 5 minutes, drain and serve.
Step 3
Bring the oil pan to medium heat, add radish, stir-fry for 1 minute, add half a spoonful of soy sauce, add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, stir-fry for 2 minutes, add appropriate amount of water, stir-fry for a few times, cover the lid, and simmer for 1-12 minutes.
Step 4
Before taking out the pan, turn to high heat, add appropriate amount of sugar and salt, stir fry, and serve out the braised radish sprinkled with chopped green onion.

Part 2: Boil Radish Water
If you don't put cooking oil or salt, you can also
