Rose Bread How to Make Rose Bread
Put all the ingredients except butter together and knead until the gluten extends and the surface is smooth. Add the butter and knead until it reaches the extended stage, then put it in a warm place for basic fermentation. Divide the dough into 20g pieces, roll them out and let them rest for 15 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a round shape and place a few softened raisins on the top of the one closest to you. Then roll up from the bottom up and cut down the center, cutting the dough into 2 equal portions.
Place the dough cut side down in a mold (I used an 8-inch floral pie plate) and let it rise in a warm, moist place. When the final fermentation is finished, brush the top with egg wash and bake in a preheated oven at 180℃, middle layer, top and bottom heat, for about 20 minutes.
