How to make cabbage vermicelli and meat
Break the cabbage into small slices, soak the vermicelli in water until soft, soak overnight in advance, slice the pork belly, chop onions, ginger, garlic, dried red peppers and set aside.
Put oil in the pan and stir-fry the pork belly. Set the pork belly aside and sauté the garlic and dried red pepper. Then add the cabbage and stir-fry for a while. Add soy sauce to adjust the color. Stir-fry for a while. Add water and add the vermicelli. On top of the cabbage, turn on low heat and cover the pot and begin to simmer. When it is almost cooked, add salt, pepper powder, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until the flavor is fragrant, then sprinkle in the chopped green onion, cover the pot, and simmer for a few dozen seconds.
