Whitebait radish soup
Ingredients: 5 grams of whitebait and 30 grams of white radish.
Cooking method:
1. Prepare ingredients: 5g whitebait and 30g white radish.
2. Soak whitebait in clear water.

4. Cut the white radish into filaments.

7. The amount of clear water should not exceed that of edible materials, because white radish can evaporate water, so it is enough to add clear water about 7 or 8 minutes full. If it is too full, the water will easily overflow!
8. Put this bowl of white radish whitebait in the steamer.
