The specifications of stocked yellow croaker should be neat and consistent. If it is planned to reach the commodity specification of more than 400 grams in that year, the specification of the stocked fish should be around 100 grams. In general, frozen pelagic fish are the main bait in the culture stage, supplemented by powdery compound bait. During the breeding period, the bait is usually fed once every morning and once at night. Compared with red snapper and vinegar-preserved fish, Pseudosciaena crocea has slow feeding and few waiting points, so it grows fastest during high temperature. In order to keep the natural color of commercial fish golden yellow, shading cages should be used to control the light in the later stage of culture. The optimum growth temperature is 22 ~ 26℃, salinity is 1.8% ~ 2.5%, and dissolved oxygen is more than 5 ml/L.
