Methods/Steps
1. Add flour and water to form a dough and let it rise, covered, for 30 minutes.
2. Wash and shred the zucchini.
3. Boil water in a pot, blanch the zucchini shreds, remove from the pot and place in cool water to cool, squeeze out the water and chop.
4. Add the pork stuffing with water and stir in one direction to fully incorporate the water into the stuffing.
5. Wash and chop green onion and ginger.
6. Add wine, soy sauce, salt, seasoning, monosodium glutamate, green onion, ginger and mix well, then add cooking oil and mix well.
7. Knead the dough into a long strip, pull it into a dosage, press it into a round cake, roll it into a dumpling skin, and wrap it into dumplings.
8. Boil water in a pot, put in the dumplings, cook, delicious zucchini dumplings are ready
