Ingredients
250g glutinous rice
200g soaked adzuki beans
1 Cantonese-style sausage
Cantonese 1 piece of Chinese-style bacon
10 large scallops
1 chives
How to make wax-flavored glutinous rice stuffed with bean paste
1. Glutinous rice Wash and soak overnight, soak the scallops until soft and tear into shreds, cut the sausage and bacon into small cubes, and chop the chives into finely chopped pieces. Cut the bean paste in half.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add all the ingredients and sauté until fragrant (except glutinous rice and bean paste), remove from the pan, add appropriate amount of salt, white sugar and soaked glutinous rice and mix well.
3. Stuff the glutinous rice into bean paste, place it on a plate and steam until cooked.
4. Heat the oil pan, put the steamed beans into the pan and fry over slow fire until golden brown.
