Tail number restriction: from August 1 day to August 3 1 day in 2023, the tail number of motor vehicle number plates is restricted from Monday to Friday (the tail number of motor vehicle number plates with English letters is managed by 0, the same below). They are: Monday: 3 and 8, Tuesday: 4 and 9, Wednesday: 5 and 0, Thursday: 1 and 6, Friday: 2 and 7.

Motor vehicle number plates with English letters at the end are managed as No.0, and motor vehicles with temporary number plates driving on the road are restricted according to the end number of temporary number plates.
