Standard measurements
Chinese bodybuilding experts have summed up the method of calculating the standard measurements of women according to the "three measurements" of the curvy body shape of ordinary women and the influence of fitness exercise on human body shape:
[bust = height (cm) ×0.535], [waist = height (cm) ×0.365], [hip = height (cm) ×0.565]. According to the statistical results, the "measurements" are less than 5 cm, indicating that they are too slim (thin); More than 5 cm, indicating that it is too plump (overweight).
The measurement standard of professional female models is different from this. Due to professional needs, there is a certain gap between their measurement standard and normal standard.
According to the ethnic characteristics of China, the standard of measurements is generally 84cm chest circumference, 6 1 cm waist circumference and 90cm hip circumference.
How to measure the measurements?
1, bust: When measuring bust, the body must relax.
Upper bust: use a soft ruler to cling to the body and encircle it through the horizontal position of the nipple.
Lower bust: Use a soft ruler to stick to the body and wrap around the root where the breast begins to bulge.
2. Waist circumference: When measuring the waist circumference, the soft ruler is attached to the skin and encircles the horizontal position 3cm above the belly button.
3. Hip circumference: When measuring hip circumference, the soft ruler is attached to the body and encircles the horizontal position of the hipbone protrusion.
