1. Pond conditions: choose a pond with convenient drainage, fresh water and flat bottom as the breeding pond.
2. Pond cleaning and hydroponics: Spraying quicklime and crystal trichlorfon in the whole pond, and then injecting water for fertilization to cultivate biological bait.
3. Original seed: the original seed with no disease or injury and strong physique, the specification is 15-35g/ tail, and 2,500-5,000 tails can be released per mu.
4. Feeding: Feed twice a day, and increase or decrease the feeding amount according to the growth of fry.
5, management: usually do a good job of changing water, disinfection, oxygen inhalation, etc.
First, the feeding method
1, pond conditions
(1) diced yellow pepper has poor hypoxia tolerance and high requirements for living environment. Before breeding, a pond with convenient drainage and water injection should be selected as the breeding pond.
(2) The pond covers an area of 2-5 mu, with a flat bottom, a water depth of at least 1.5- 1.8m and a silt thickness of 10-20cm.
(3) There should be enough fresh water near the pond, and the water quality should meet the standards of aquaculture water. The transparency of the pool water should be above 35 cm, and the water body should flow all the year round.
(4) In order to prevent harmful organisms such as wild miscellaneous fish from entering the pond, fishing nets and other fishing facilities should be built at the water inlet and outlet, which can generally be filtered by 30-mesh screen.
2. Qingtang aquaculture water
(1) Drain the pond water half a month before seedling release, and then apply 125- 150kg of quicklime+1.5kg of crystal trichlorfon per mu, or sprinkle 1 bottle to completely kill the germs.
(2) If quicklime is used, it should be evenly raked with a hoe after being sprinkled into the bottom of the pond, so that the sludge at the bottom of the pond is fully mixed with lime, and its purpose is to completely kill pathogens and parasites in the pond.
(3) The pond was disinfected for 7- 10 days, and after the bottom of the pond was fully sunny, high-quality aquaculture water was injected with a depth of about 0.8 meters. After the water injection, 200 kilograms of fermented chicken manure, cow dung and feces were applied per mu for aquaculture water.
(4) 7- 10 days after fertilization, seedlings can be released when a large number of plankton appear in the pond. You can also add fish and shrimp to test the water after water injection, and then deepen the pool water to more than 2 meters after ensuring safety, and prepare to stock diced yellow pepper.
Step 3 stock fry
(1) Every year from late April to June, it is required that the specifications of the fish species are neat, disease-free and healthy, and the water temperature is kept at around 10℃.
(2) After the fry are released, they can be soaked in 3% salt solution for 15 minutes. The stocking amount of 2-4cm yellow pepper Ding Xia flower seedlings is 15000-20000/ mu, and the specific stocking amount can be determined according to pond conditions, individual culture level and bait richness.
(3) After stocking for 7 days, about 200 silver carp and bighead carp fry (about 20 cm in size) are put into each mu of pond to adjust the water quality.
(4) If diced yellow peppers are mainly raised, generally, 2,500-5,000 fish can be raised per mu 15-35g. When the size is relatively large, it can be appropriately diluted, and at the same time, it can be matched with about 200 silver carp and bighead carp.
(5) In polyculture mode, diced yellow pepper can be interplanted in other aquaculture ponds, and generally 100- 150 Pelteobagrus fulvidraco with more than 30g/ fish can be interplanted.
Step 4: Feed
(1) The summer flower seedlings of diced yellow pepper mainly feed on plankton within 7 days after entering the pond, and begin to receive training after 3-5 days. For example, 10% eel feed, turtle feed, frog feed and other ingredients are mixed into fresh wild fish pieces (minced with a meat grinder) and then fed.
(2) One side of the pond can be provided with 4-6 feed tables, each with a size of 1m? 1 meter is suitable. The feed table can be made of fine mesh cloth with a water depth of 50 cm.
(3) Feed twice a day, at 7-8 am (feeding amount accounts for 65,438+0/3) and 6-8 pm (feeding amount accounts for 2/3) respectively. When feeding, the artificial minced meat can be directly placed on the feed table.
(4) After training for 10 days, the bait is withdrawn to 1-2 feed tables in the pool. If the summer flower seedlings of diced yellow pepper have been domesticated artificially, the feed can be directly placed on the 1-2 feed table in the pond after being put into the pond.
(5) When the body length of diced yellow pepper exceeds 5cm, add 20-30% of plant feed, such as corn flour, soybean meal, rapeseed meal, peanut meal, etc. Into minced meat.
(6) The daily feeding amount depends on the weight of fish and the temperature of pond water. When the water temperature drops below 20℃, the feeding amount accounts for1-3% of the fish weight; When the water temperature exceeds 20℃, the feeding amount accounts for 4-6% of the fish's weight.
(7) After10 months, with the gradual decrease of temperature, the weight of diced yellow pepper gradually increased. At this time, it is still fed twice a day, and the feeding amount is generally 65438+ 0-2% of the fish weight.
5. Daily management
(1) Control the water depth at 70-80 cm when releasing seedlings, and then adjust the water depth with the increase of water temperature.
(2) Control the fatness of the pond water, keep the water quality transparent at 30-40cm, and inject new water on time, generally every 10- 15 days.
(3) Water can be changed 1 time every month from May to June, and fresh water is injected about 30cm each time; From July to September, the water can be changed 1 time every half month, and the new water is injected about 15 cm each time, and the water depth is kept at about 2 meters throughout the year.
(4) Every 15 days, the whole pond shall use quicklime 10 kg 1 time (chemical splashing), and disinfect with water and use disinfectant such as chlorine dioxide 1 time on time every month.
(5) Feed 1 time every month, with 0.6g tetracycline mixed into each kilogram of feed, and feed 1 time every day for 3 days.
(6) Patrol the pond regularly to check the feeding, activities and growth of fish, and handle any abnormality in time.
(7) Each pond is equipped with 1 aerator with the power of 1.54 kW, which can be started in the morning and afternoon in sunny days 1 hour. Oxygen should be increased in advance in rainy days and sultry days, and the number and time of start-up should be increased to ensure that the dissolved oxygen content of water body exceeds 3 mg/L. ..
(8) Try to avoid pedestrians and animals at ordinary times to prevent fish from generating stress reaction after being frightened.
6. Prevention and treatment of fish diseases
(1) During the breeding period, adhere to the policy of putting prevention first, disinfect feed, water body and live bait on time, and put in medicinal bait appropriately.
(2) Enteritis and hemorrhagic edema are common diseases in yellow croaker culture. To prevent enteritis, 1% salt or garlic juice can be added to the feed on time, and chlorine dioxide can be sprayed all over the pool for treatment after the onset, and sulfaguanidine bait can be fed for 5 days.
(3) In case of hemorrhagic edema, the whole pool can be sprayed with concentrated chlorine essence or chlorine dioxide for 3 days, and tetracycline is mixed into the bait for 5 days.
(4) Pseudosciaena crocea belongs to scaleless fish, and its tolerance to common aquatic drugs is not as good as that of Siguda, but it is sensitive to trichlorfon, copper sulfate, potassium permanganate and other drugs, so it should be used with caution.
Second, matters needing attention
1. It is appropriate to keep the dissolved oxygen content in the water high, replenish fresh water in time during the growing season, and keep the micro-flow water.
2. Maintain reasonable stocking density and stocking specifications, and reasonably determine the stocking specifications and quantity according to the quantity of natural bait. The density is too large and the specifications are too small, and the listing conditions cannot be met at the end of the year.
3. It is not advisable to mix diced yellow pepper with other carnivorous fish in fish ponds, nor to mix diced yellow pepper with crayfish in freshwater shrimp culture ponds.
4. If it is found that the specifications of diced yellow pepper are too small during the breeding period, it means that the natural bait in the pond is insufficient. At this time, the summer fry of small miscellaneous fish and shrimp or domestic fish should be supplemented appropriately, or artificial bait should be fed.
