How to make Yunnan-style fried mint
Wash mint leaves Drain the water completely.
Put oil into the pot and turn on medium heat. You can first add a piece of mint to test the temperature of the oil. When the piece of mint becomes crispy, immediately add the remaining mint without stirring until all the mint becomes crispy. Turn off the heat, remove and drain the oil and serve on a plate.
Tips
1. The oil temperature should not be too high.
