The practice of old duck pot:
1. Wash the duck, chop it into pieces, blanch it, remove the foam, and then pick it up and rinse it;
2. Peel mustard, wash it and blanch it with light salt water to remove its bitterness;
3. Pick it up and pour it in cold water and cut it into large pieces;
4. Put the duck, mustard and ginger slices into the pot, add 8 bowls of water and cook for about 1.5 hours;
5. When the duck is cooked, add wonton and cook it, then add salt to taste.
