Rice with a small handful of purple rice cleaned and stirred
Add the usual amount of water to simmer rice, put into the rice cooker
Rice steamed, simmer for twenty minutes.

Dice the seasoned radish strips and dice the tuna. Prepare the grilled seaweed crumbs.
Mix rice, diced tuna, diced radish and purple rice, add salt to taste
