While still traveling I discussed with LG
that the first thing I would do when I got home would be to go on a diet, and that I was determined not to buy any meat in the short term! However, before going out there is a large piece of beef tenderloin given by a friend did not have time to deal with, do not want to let it in the refrigerator for too long. So it was time to take it out and use it up in three batches! The first time I used part of it to cook a corn custard, the second time I sauteed okra, and I had this larger piece left over to saute fava beans with! Finally got rid of the meat in the fridge. Actually, there's still fish, haven't thought to move it, lol, later.
Fava beans are my own species, at that time did not know what it is something, and then take pictures to post please help to see if there is anyone who knows what it is? Many bean relatives despite not quite clear also expressed their views, the last enthusiastic bean relatives "the heart of the sea" not only told me that this is the broad bean, but also told me some of the notes about the broad bean, and even more about the broad bean cooking post for me to refer to, I really thank "the heart of the sea! I'm really grateful to "Ocean Heart"!

Tips
1, fava beans must be cooked until cooked through to eat; 2, stir fry beef high heat to low heat to stir fry out of the beef is more tender.
