Teriyaki Chicken Thigh Rice
Ingredients:
2 chicken thighs Ginger
Broccoli 3 tablespoons of wine
1 tablespoon of oil 1 tablespoon of soya sauce
half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce Black Pepper
Honey 1 tablespoon of salt
Method:
Step 1
Remove the bones from the chicken thighs

Add the ginger

Add a pinch of salt

One tablespoon of cooking wine

Half a tablespoon of black pepper powder

Marinate for 20 minutes

Mixing Sauce: In a bowl, add 2 spoons of cooking wine, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, half a spoon of soya sauce, 1 spoon of honey, a small bowl of water and mix well. Step 8
1. Brush the pan with a little oil, fry the chicken thighs until golden brown on both sides, pour in the teriyaki sauce, and cook over high heat until the sauce thickens and reduces.
2. Add the broccoli and carrots to the pan and cook until done.
3. Prepare a bowl of rice, then put the broccoli and carrots on top, and finally cut the chicken thighs into pieces, put them on top of the rice, and drizzle the sauce on top!
