How to braise yuba
Ingredients: 300 grams of yuba
Accessories: 100 grams of black fungus? 50 grams of carrots
Seasoning: A little salt? An appropriate amount of soy sauce? An appropriate amount of green onions? An appropriate amount of ginger? An appropriate amount of garlic? An appropriate amount of cooking wine? An appropriate amount of oyster sauce? An appropriate amount of vegetable oil? A little sugar
Soak the yuba and black fungus in advance. Cut the yuba into diagonal sections and carrots. Slice the onion, ginger and garlic into slices
