1. Wash and blanch the ribs first, add ginger slices and cooking wine into the water to remove the fishy smell, then take out the water and wash.
2. Re-simmer with water, add onion and ginger, and cook for about half an hour.
3. Prepare auxiliary materials. Cut the white radish with salt for a while to remove the radish flavor (wash it before cooking), or boil it in boiling water for a while and cut the corn and carrots into pieces.
