Ingredients
300g Chinese Cabbage, 100g Shredded Pork, 2 Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms, 15g Carrots, 10g Minced Garlic, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Chicken Powder, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, 1/2 tbsp Rice Wine
Methods
(1) Wash and cut Chinese Cabbage after removing root, wash and cut into sections, wash and cut Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms into shreds, and cut Carrots into shreds. Wash and shred the carrots.
(2) Heat 2 tbsp oil in a hot pan, add minced garlic and sauté until the meat turns white.
(3) Restart the wok, add freshly shredded mushrooms and sauté, then add shredded carrots and bok choy and sauté quickly to combine.
? Finally, add the shredded meat from practice 2 and sauté with all the seasonings.
