Steps:
1. Prepare Ingredients
Soak Rice Cake in hot water to soften and set aside. Marinate the lean minced pork with salt, soy sauce and cooking wine for 10 minutes. Mince green onion, ginger and garlic, and cut chili pepper into pieces and set aside.
2. Stir-fry the minced meat
