Soak the tortoise in hot water at 70℃ for 5 minutes, wipe off the white mucosa, then soak it in hot water at 80℃ for 15 minutes, scrape off all the black clothes and wash them. Put the turtle in a cold water pot to boil water. Remove the back shell, cut off the head and neck, then cut the tortoise into 4 pieces, cut off the limbs, peel off the butter and wash it for later use. Put the washed tortoise into a casserole or soup bowl, add Cordyceps sinensis and Fructus Jujubae, add cooking wine, salt, monosodium glutamate, garlic cloves, onion, ginger slices and chicken soup, cover, steam over high fire for 2 hours and 30 minutes, and take out onion and ginger slices.
3. Exercise 3. Material: 1 turtle (above 250g). Practice: Kill the tortoise alive, shell and gut it, wash it, cut it into small pieces, put it in a pot, add water100g, add yellow wine, onion, ginger and salt, stew for 50 minutes and eat it in batches.
