The method is as follows:
Ingredients: 200g trotters, 20g spareribs, star anise 1 piece, onion 1 piece, coriander 1 piece, cooking wine 1 spoon.
1. Cut the ribs into small pieces and blanch them in a boiling water pot. Blanch the trotters with boiling water, too.
2. Add ginger slices, star anise, onion segments and cooking wine, and simmer for one and a half hours after the fire is boiled.
2. After half an hour, add coriander to the pot.
