The method of sauce pork liver is as follows:
Materials/tools: 3g pork liver, 1tsp salt, 1tsp cooking wine, 1tsp soy sauce, 1g onion, 1t ginger, 3th star anise, 1g pepper, 1g cinnamon, 4 cloves garlic, 3 slices fragrant leaves, 5g fennel and a knife.
1. Slice ginger and cut onion.
