The cartoon "Happy Elf" is a new fairy tale of children's spiritual growth and a work called "Chicken Soup for Children's Growth". Adapted from the fairy tale of the same name by Xiaoling Dingdang, a famous children's literature writer, Bing Xin Children's Literature Award and China Book Award winner, this film has 26 episodes, each of which is 22 minutes long. It is jointly produced by the Propaganda Department of Xiamen Municipal Committee, Xiamen Civilization Office, Xiamen Radio and Television Bureau, Xiamen Radio and Television Group, Xiamen Jade Bird Animation Company and Xiamen Science and Technology Bureau, and is under the artistic direction of Zhang Jiankang, a famous animation director of CCTV.
