The practice of the imperial concubine taro silk:
1, taro peeled and washed, cut into long shreds, and marinated with appropriate amount of salt for 20 minutes.
2. Chop the pork into minced meat for later use
3. Cut garlic and red pepper into coarse rice respectively.
4. Heat hot oil in a pan until it is 50% hot. Add garlic rice and red pepper rice to saute until fragrant, and then add minced meat to stir fry.
5. Add a little salt and soy sauce and stir well.
6. Cover the fried minced meat with the marinated shredded taro and steam for seven to eight minutes.
7. Sprinkle a little chopped green onion on the pan and mix well when eating.
